These apartments have been extensively refurbished in March 2024 and await you with a fresh and modern design. You can park directly in front of your apartment. You will find a 60 square meter apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the terrace and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer. It features 2 comfortable double beds, one single bed, a smart TV with Netflix, and a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and everything you need. The brand new bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. You will have access to a free washing machine. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essentials such as shower gel & shampoo. There is a lockable area available for bicycles and skis. The location is very convenient: → Within walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets By car: → Less than 5 minutes to the Swiss border → Less than 5 minutes to the highway access → Less than 10 minutes to the Dornbirn Exhibition Center → Less than 20 minutes to the Bregenz Festival A parking space is reserved for you right in front of the building. Additional public parking is available within walking distance. Sensor Technology: We use Minut sensors in all our apartments to measure noise levels. Convenient parking facilities are conveniently located right next to the building. Moreover, you'll find public transportation conveniently nearby. We offer a dedicated space for safely storing bicycles or skis. I'm not always available in person on-site, but you can always reach me via email, phone or WA. In the municipality of Mäder, there are exciting walking paths and a protected landscape area, which offers both recreational opportunities for people and habitat for plants and animals. As part of the Kummenberg region and its central location in the Rhine Valley, Mäder is perfectly situated for excursions in Vorarlberg and Switzerland. We provide high-quality hotel-standard bed linens and towels for your convenience. Additionally, you will be greeted with a welcome set including coffee, tea, and a small toiletry kit. Prior to check-in, please complete a registration form. (After booking, you will receive a link via email for online check-in.)
