You can access your studio directly from the parking lot through the terrace. The studio is 20 square meters and consists of 1 living/sleeping area, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the terrace and enjoy all the beautiful amenities this studio has to offer. The apartment features a comfortable double bed, a large Smart TV with Netflix, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and everything you need. The brand-new bathroom is equipped with a shower. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essential items such as shower gel and shampoo. The location is very convenient: → Within walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. By car: → Under 5 minutes to the city center → Under 10 minutes to the exhibition center → Under 10 minutes to the highway access → Under 20 minutes to the Bregenz Festival. A parking space is reserved for you right in front of the building. There are additional public parking spaces within walking distance. Parking facilities are available directly at the building. Additionally, public transportation is nearby: The main train station, with direct connections to Feldkirch, Bregenz, Lindau, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, and clubs, can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
